How long does shipping take for heavy sauna equipment?
Standard units typically ship within 3-5 business days. Larger traditional saunas or heavy steam generators are shipped via LTL freight and usually arrive within 7-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I install a steam shower in a regular bathroom?
Yes, but the shower space must be completely enclosed, waterproofed, and vapor-proofed. This includes a sloped ceiling to prevent condensation drips and a vapor-tight door to keep steam contained.
What is your return policy for wellness products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed units or custom-built saunas may be subject to a restocking fee due to the complexity of logistics.
