At Steam Sauna Depot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wellness investment, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in original, uninstalled condition. Please ensure all components and original packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any sauna units or components back to our warehouse.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, heating elements, and hardware, ensuring the unit is properly padded for heavy-duty transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the crate or box and ship the package via a trackable carrier, as customers are responsible for return freight costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit for damage and completeness, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
